Enter your workout results from WodTV in the gym, from your phone or another internet connected device.

From WodTV:

  1. Sign in to class. 

2. Click on the part of the workout you want to log.

  • From this screen you can modify the movement, log a failed rep, add a set, and leave a workout note.
  • You'll be able to see all your history for the movements on the right side

3. Type in your results and click Save.

4. Repeat to log each part of the WOD.

From Your Phone: 

Follow these instructions to save WodUp on your phone.

1. Sign in to your WodUp account. You'll see today's workout on your home screen.

  • If you’re logging results for a prior WOD, simply scroll to the desired date/workout and follow the same steps to log your results. 

2. Select the part of the WOD you want to log, and you'll be directed to the Log Result screen.

  • From this screen you can modify the movement, log a failed rep, add a set, and leave a workout note.

3. Type in your results and select Save.

From Your PC: 

1. Sign in to your WodUp account. You'll see today's workout on your home screen.

  • If you’re logging results for a prior WOD, simply scroll to the desired date/workout and follow the same steps to log your results. 

2. Click on the part of the WOD you want to log, and enter your results.

  • From this screen you can modify the movement, log a failed rep, add a set, and leave a workout note.

3. Click Save.
