WodUp is the only workout tracking platform that allows Athletes to easily modify or scale workouts. In doing so, each Athlete’s performance history correctly reflects their workout for more precise tracking.

How to Modify or Scale From WodTV:

STEP 1: From the Log Result page, select the part of the workout you will modify/scale. Click the blue pencil icon to edit the workout.

STEP 2: Search for an alternative  movement.

STEP 3: Log your result.

The modification will be reflected in your workout history and on the leaderboard.

Modify the WOD on Mobile:

1. From wodup.com, tap the part of the WOD you want to modify.

2. Tap the blue pencil icon to edit the workout.

3. Search for and select an alternative movement.

4. Log your results.

5. Save your results.

Modify from your PC:

2. Tap the blue pencil icon to edit the workout.

3. Search for and select an alternative movement.

4. Log your results.

For reference

  • Rx  = prescribed workout

  • Rx+ = harder than prescribed

  • Modified = change part of the workout, but it is neither easier nor harder than prescribed

  • Scaled = easier than prescribed
