If you failed a rep, track it in WodUp to maintain an accurate history of your performance.

STEP 1: Change the number of reps to reflect how many you were able to complete. (In the example below, we change the number of reps to 4 to indicate we failed the 5th rep).

STEP 2: Click the downward pointing arrow to the right of the weight and select Failed Rep #5.

  • WodUp will automatically note that you failed a rep in this workout.

TIP: Leave yourself a note about how you felt or why you failed the rep so you know what to improve upon for next time!
