Add Sets to Your Workout
STEP 1: In the result entry part of the screen (shown below), click Add Set.
You can add as many additional sets and edit the number of reps and weight as desired.
STEP 2: Log your result for the additional set and click SAVE.
Delete Sets from Your Workout
STEP 1: In the result entry part of the screen (shown below), click the downward facing arrow to the right of the weight entry field and select Delete Set.
The set will be removed from your workout results.
