Athletes can log their results for previous WODs from their mobile phone or PC following these simple steps:

  • Log into

  • From the drop-down menu at the top, click on your gym's name and select 'Latest WODs.' A list of all your gyms recent workouts will appear. 

  • To log a result for a prior WOD, click on the part of the workout for which you want to log results.

  • Click 'My Result'

  • Log your result.

  • Repeat for each part of the WOD.

Note: At the bottom of the log results screen, athletes can indicate when they completed the workout.
