WodUp seamlessly converts between kilograms and pounds, so no matter what unit of measure you log your workout in, your workout history and charts remain accurate.

Set a default unit of measure for all of your programming

Gyms can set a default unit of measure for all weighted movements  (Admin > Settings > Gym Details). From the drop-down menu, select from kilograms/pounds, centimeters/inches, and meters/feet.

Coaches can also change the unit of measure on a movement-by-movement basis. For example, if your default unit of measure is kilograms, but your wall balls are in pounds, you can edit the unit of measure while you program the WOD.

Setting default units of measure for an athlete or individual user

Athletes can set a default unit of measure in their profile.

  • From the drop-down menu next to your profile picture in the top right-hand corner, click Settings.

  • Adjust the default units of measure.

  • Save Changes.
