From WodTV in the Gym

You can add extra work after completing the class WOD, or log your own workout when you sign in to Open Gym.

To add extra work after the class WOD, click Add Extra Work. Use the workout builder to log your workout.

If you sign in to Open Gym, you'll see the prompt below:

  • "Do my own thing" allows you to build your own workout (including the option to make up a WOD from a prior day). The steps to build your own workout are described below.

  • "Today's WOD" will load the class workout from today.

  1. Select the workout type.

You can also access a list of past workouts (both your personal workouts as well as your gym's WODs) and copy the workout to today's date.

2. Search for and select a movement.

3. Choose a workout style.

4. Specify the number of sets, weight and reps, and log your result.
