Cluster training involves using short, inter-set rest periods. Follow these steps to enter a cluster as part of your WOD:

1. Select the movement.

2. Select Sets as the workout type.

3. In the Rep input field, use a period to separate the number of reps in the cluster. For example, "1.1.1" tells athletes that they will perform the lift three times within each set, with a short break between each rep.

3. Add as many sets as you’d like. You can specify load, rest period, and/or a time cap as needed.
