It's easy to add a complex to your strength workout by following these steps:
From the workout builder, select Single Movement.
2. Select “Complex” from the Movement Selector. Search for a complex from the library, or create your own by clicking on "New Complex".
To create your own complex, click “New Complex.” Search for each movement you want to include in the complex. Next, add the number of reps.
3. Click "Proceed." You'll return to the workout builder screen where you can pick your workout style. Specify reps, load and tempo as needed.
