Anyone can request a movement to be added to WodUp’s movement library. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been added to the library. 

Coaches can request new movements from the Admin account while programming WODs. Athletes using WodUp’s Workout Builder to log a workout (other than the WOD programmed by the gym) can also request a new movement. 

1. Using the search bar in the Workout Builder, type the desired movement.

2. If the movement is not currently in WodUp, you will be prompted to request a new movement.

3. Enter the movement name (required). You can provide additional information, such as a short description or link, to ensure WodUp adds the specific version of the movement you're looking for.

4. Click Request My Movement and our team will get on it!
