Make up WOD that you missed and log your results in WodUp by following these steps.
STEP 1: Sign in to WodTV. Select Add Extra Workout.
STEP 2: Click on your gym’s name to see all prior WODs programmed by your gym.
STEP 3: Select the WOD you want to complete. Click Select Entire WOD.
STEP 4: The WOD you selected will load on the Log Results screen on the monitor in the gym. You can see your relevant workout history and log your results as you usual.
