Specify Different Numbers for Men and Women

You can prescribe different rep schemes and weights for men and women using a slash (/) to indicate male/female programming. The prescribed number of reps and/or weight will automatically populate in the member's Log Result screen based on the gender in their profile (i.e. men will see "6 reps at 85 kilos" and women will see "8 reps at 60 kilos").

This example shows how to enter Back Squats with 6 reps for men at 85 kilos and 8 reps for women at 60 kilos:

Rep Ranges

Indicate a rep range with a dash (-). Athletes will enter exactly how many reps they completed when they log their results.

This example shows how to enter a rep range:

Max Reps

Tell athletes to perform the maximum number of reps possible by entering an 'X' in the Reps field. Athletes will log exactly how many reps they completed.

Entering the workout as follows tells athletes to perform the maximum number of pull-ups in each set:

Clusters

Enter a cluster by using a period between the number of reps. For example, entering '1.1.1' in the Reps field instructs athletes to perform three repetitions with a short inter-set rest period.

This example shows a pull-up cluster:
